Paper Test Agreement
You may administer BASI, Iowa, or TerraNova tests only if you agree to the requirements below.
You must agree to all of the following before your order can be processed:
- You are responsible for following the homeschool laws of your state.
- An adult must be present to supervise the testing of each student.
- You must administer tests according to the publisher's requirements.
- You must keep all test contents confidential.
- You must follow copyright laws and may not photocopy, reproduce, photograph, record, or distribute test contents or testing materials in any form.
- You must not use the test as a practice test for a future achievement test.
- You must not label any student based on a single test score.
- You must return all materials by the deadline stated for your order.
- You must protect testing materials from loss, writing, or damage while they are in your possession.
- You must contact Brewer Testing Services promptly if materials are lost, damaged, or cannot be returned by the required date.
